CREDIT CARD POLICIES

Billing Authorization

I represent and warrant that if I am purchasing something or paying for a service from this facility or from other merchants through this facility that (i) any credit card or bank account draft (ACH Draft) information I supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by me will be honored by my credit card company or financial institution, and (iii) I will pay the charges incurred by me at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties.

I hereby authorize (if online payment is made or autopay information is provided) this facility to charge my ACH draft, or credit card account. I understand that a 30 day written notice is required to terminate billing and I am responsible for payment whether or not my student attends classes until I notify this facility in writing to drop my student from class(es).

Should I dispute a charge through my financial institution this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.

One Time Payment Disclosure 

By providing my credit card, debit card, or bank account information, I authorize Intown Stars to charge my account for the agreed upon purchases and/or services.

If Intown Stars is unable to secure funds from my credit/debit card(s) or my bank for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient funds in my credit/debit card or bank account or insufficient or inaccurate information provided by me when submitting my electronic payment, Intown Stars may undertake further collection action.

Recurring Payments Policy

By providing your debit card, credit card, or bank account information and opting in to recurring payments, you certify that you have the authority to authorize debits or charges to the payment information identified here and you authorize Intown Stars to electronically debit or charge the payment information on a recurring basis in the amount due on or after the due date for your payment.

Your authorization will remain in effect until you notify us that you wish to revoke this authorization and we have a reasonable opportunity to act on your notice. You may opt out of recurring billing by accessing your account online at intownstarsatl.com or on your device by using The iClassPro app.  You may print this authorization or store it electronically and keep it for your records.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy

All sales are final. Because classes have limited openings and are reserved for as long as you are enrolled, there are no refunds for any classes missed. If you have opted in for automatic payments, your authorization will remain in effect until you notify us that you wish to revoke this authorization and we have a reasonable opportunity to act on your notice.
